Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are counted in business days from order confirmation:

Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Orders are processed and dispatched after our team confirms them. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify your details.
Delivery
Our courier will contact you before delivery, so please make sure the phone number and address you provide are accurate and complete. If the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, the order may be returned to us and you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery.
Inspection on delivery
You may inspect your order in the presence of the courier before payment. If an item is damaged, defective, or differs from your order, you may refuse it at the door.
Delays
Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons, product drops, sales, and public holidays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delay.
