Refund policy
Inspection on delivery
You may inspect your order upon delivery, in the presence of the courier and before payment. If an item is damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, you may refuse it at the door.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Worn, washed, altered, or tagless items are not eligible.
Exchanges
- If we sent the wrong size or the item is defective, the exchange and all shipping costs are on us.
- If your size matches your order and you would like a different size, the exchange is available subject to stock, and shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
- For defective or incorrect items, you receive a full refund including shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, you receive a refund of the item price, and return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item, using the original payment method.
